Has anyone used the mobile app, and if so, was it straightforward?
TIA for any replies.
To use the new app I think you need a smart phone mine is only smartish0 -
I think you do need a smart phone, I have a smart phone 4 (it's one of the earlier models) and I've found that it can't do some things that more up-to-date smart phones can do.
It's also pay as you go and I can only connect to the internet where there's free wifi.
I don't think I will be able to use it for entering data via the app. Shame because I've managed to download the app onto it.0 -

You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

Makes sense I guess - otherwise there could be too many people who just bail out after one week of training and keep all the stamps.I need to think of something new here...0 -
Please can someone help with an Unaddressed Survey question....I am on week 3 of the survey and one of the items has moved onto the 'Confirm Missing Items' tab.
When do I actually confirm the item as missing? Do I wait until the end of this week (week 3) to see if it turns up this week? Or do I confirm it as missing today? (There is an 'I didn't receive it' option showing and I am wondering when I should select this).
Many thanks.0 -
If it should have come last week I'd give it a bit longer. Do you know what day of the week your postie usually does the leaflets?
If it should have come in week one and you're now in week 3, I'd confirm its non arrival. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -

Hello, Week 3 of the Unaddressed Mail survey starts this coming Monday, 13th August. Please note! Any pictured items from Week 1 which you've not recorded as received will now transfer to the Confirm Missing Items tab which you will find at the top of your data entry screen. The items will remain there throughout Week 3 before being removed and by using the tab you will still be able to record the date of delivery or confirm that the item has not been received. The same applies for Week 2 and Week 3 items so please continue to check Confirm Missing Items during Weeks 4 and 5. Thanks again for taking part.
Unhelpfully it did not say when to confirm item missing.
As i have also got some missing items I am going to wait until the end of week 3 before confirming.
In this session I have had items showing which do not look like a typical advertisement, rather just an ordinary picture of the sea or landscape. It is these items that have not been delivered.
Edit: just reread the message and it looks as if it will be removed after week 3 so confirm non delivery before the end of week 3.0 -
Thank you both for replies.
I haven't noticed what day the leaflets usually get delivered, I thought it was just random.
I think I'll wait to the end of this week and then register any non-delivered, but hopefully they will turn up.
Thanks again for advice, much appreciated.0
