Its just the cubes - DVD boxes should fit through the slot of larger post boxes (I have 2 in my area that will take items of that size) so you shouldn't need to take them to a post office

I was lucky and got onto the unaddressed survey last week. I didn't see my email until halfway through the morning but got lucky anyway.

You are lucky, can't get on those anymore as the invites go out at somewhere like 1.00 a.m. and unfortunately I am not up at that time

Our apologies for this error. I can confirm you have been sent the wrong letter, you are not due to finish yet. You joined the live survey in April so we would expect your six months to be up October.

Regarding the new mobile app, do you have to be connected to the internet for it to work?

Has anyone used the mobile app, and if so, was it straightforward?
