Evening all, I've added 94.81 which is a second payment this month for mystery shopping and due to hit my bank in the next few hours I think :)

I've got really bored of surveys so have knocked them on the head for a bit.

I have so much clutter still to shift. Going to list a load of ebay Buy it Now things - plan to do this Monday.

I am very proud to have hit the amount I have so far this month, 400 came from my mother in law towards home repairs so that has been spent in with me matching it to mend our stairs. But I did also sell some stuff of hers for for her for 415 - as Aesop said this was karma!

I still have some larger items to sell - computers and phones - would like to get sorted and sell these next month but I am paying a very nice IT man a very reasonable cost to clear down the computers first.

This is stuff from my old office after my best friend and business partner died, it's certainly not easy emotionally to get through this x

I have a 30 piece china dinner service too that my mum has given me after she sold her caravan, that's heading for facebook when I get my act together.

I also need to dig out my santander 123 account to check cashback and interest - it will be a small amount but when I check, I will add for the months I have been doing this challenge and not yet added it. Probably find what I need to do that about Christmas time at this rate x
    Cheers all - good luck.

Well done, everyone, on your impressive money making efforts this month. Targets being reached/almost reached all over the place and still a week to go:j

Just received £21.30 from Prolific.:j. It's been slower than usual as I had so few studies that I was eligible for:(. I seemed to checking for them ten times as frequently as I normally do.

Have received money now from Amazon but not for the latest sales which will arrive next week, probably, so will add anything I haven't already all at one go then. It's easy to forget where I'm up to with this:o as I tend to mention it on here when I have a sale but don't add until the money is actually mine. Will need to check back through the thread and at the rate it's going it could take some time:rotfl:

I hope you're OK, Aesop. We haven't seen you for a while.

Another £7 FB sale, I'm going to struggle to reach my target (unless I sell something big!) but I have two more starting price bids due to end on Sunday.

I think I'm doing better than last month though, I definitely try harder when I have a bigger target!

Always try to be nice, but never fail to be kind - Doctor Who

    Total mortgage overpayments 2017 - 2024 - £8945.62!
  • Ebay sales, paying fees and postage etc has left me another £226.90 up, after fees. I am truly sad to see all my lovely stuff get sold BUT it's more important to have the money at this point.

My total is now a whopping £2146.77 for August, I used some of today's PayPal payout for groceries and mouse bait... little beggars are munching my loft too!!!

All the rest has gone to the card repayments...

I'm spending bank holiday weekend clearing the loft now, had to cancel the camping trip... we can't have a mouse gnawing on joists and electric cables though!!! So after a few days of mousehunt I have planned in a car boot sale stall for Monday... so I might have a bit more cash to add before August ends... not much on eBay tonight so I should do another 10 items tomorrow...

    I'm on a mission!

Have a great weekend everyone x

  • £5 MOC in Morrisons and used my £4.97 accumulated Co-op Divi off a bit of top-up shopping. Also found a £1 coin in Morrison's car park. It's a happy huntiing ground for treasure for me:rotfl:

Planning to do a car boot sale on Bank Holiday Monday but will be giving tomorrow a miss. The money would be handy but I can't face two on the trot:o.

    Have a great weekend, everyone:beer:.
