The bedroom will look cramped as three beds in it lol. Hence why I'd quite like to move.

Since it's been on market we have replaced bathroom and re painted and carpeted and floored throughout even replaced kitchen cupboard doors.

We are actually applying for listed buildings consent and are going to change it to a 2 bed hoping that may shift it:
    People might see through that.....

To be fair, it doesn't look too bad decoration wise.

But to a FTB you need something VERY good to overcome the following

    - Only 1 bed (quickly outgrow)
    - The one bed is not a great size and picture makes it look super cramped
    - Is that your wardrobe in your lounge?
    - Any parking? Doesn't say there is so I would assume not, and therefore if I had a car....

I also don't see how you are going to convert that into a 2 bed? It's a tiny size as it is. My 2 bed flat was 67 sqm.
  • How much, in £, did the flat above yours sell for? I can't tell from the information you have provided.

You don't seem to be keen to answer this question?

If the bathroom has been changed can the EA not redo the pictures as the way the bathroom is at moment would be a no for me I would want a shower over the bath. You couldn't use the shower in the bathroom as it stands.

Could you not buy a smaller bed while people are viewing as it's too big for the room.

Is that a hotel next door?

Minor thing why is there an armchair in the kitchen?

And the same reason I would think you are struggling to sale. The bedroom is smaller than the kitchen. Young people don't care that much about space to cook, they need space for their clothes and accessories and massive beds!

I think it might be this one but I don't know if the £80k is the asking or offer price.

No it's an original cupboard not a wardrobe lol. It is a small bed a shorty and. Cot. I don't call a 16ft lounge and 16ft kitchen small???

And I'm sorry but I'm not a fool to put what I'd accept for a property on a public social media site that anyone could read lol.

Another quick question, why did you lower the price to £90k but then increase it to £95k?

That's the point! The kitchen is a disproportionate large size for that sort of flat when the bedroom is actually smaller.
