Move washing machine to utility room?

    If it's a combi boiler then tap the hot water out for the machine as well, assuming it's not a continental one, this means it won't be heating all of it's own hot water by electric. All you will need then is to be able to get a 1 1/2" waste discharging into the nearest sewer via a gully or soil pipe.
