Hoping for AF today but will need to be very strong. Been busy lately and drank too much Wednesday and Thursday which meant Friday was very tough. I need to remember how this felt.

I missed saying How lovely to read your news Cuppatea. wishing you the very best. :T

And also Maggie you had written that you aren't an example but you are. Your updates are really important and I also follow your posts with interest.

Well its been about 10 days since I joined this thread & about 12 days since I had any alcohol.

I estimate in that time I have saved a very conservative £60 by not buying wine, even more if you add on the stuff I used to buy on impulsive when buying my fix in the supermarket! :)
Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!

    Mmmmm wine gums.
I'm still counting it as a win :)

Good, because it is a win, regardless of what the motivation is.

Ooooh CathyBird, you've really got the bit between your teeth now, haven't you?! :T:T:T

Keeping a check of what not drinking is saving you is a briliant idea, TallyHo!

    23/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.
