Out this afternoon to listen to some live music in the pub, then early tea. I was not exactly worried, but more aware it's the first I've been out without drinking. All went fine on soft drinks.

Day 14!!!! What a difference 2 weeks makes. Up at 7 this morning, yoga then run down to the supermarket for a few things. Breakfast then dinner prepped and off out. Previously I'd have been asleep till after 10 then like a half shut knife for the rest of the day.
