Morning all, 16/21 for me please. Had an invite to the pub last night, but happily all I wanted to do was go home!0

Well, not sure what happened yesterday, I was totally wiped out. Napped for 40 mins then 20, then went to bed 5ish till 10. Thought I'd be awake all night but in bed by 2, slept till 8. Feel a bit better now.
Ate all the rubbish, chocolate, crisps you name it. No alcohol though. Not sure what that was, just totally exhausted. Could be part of recovery or something else. I could actually go back to bed now, might do that. Won't be drinking anyway, so 16/31 please0 -
Good morning everyone,

Hey just wanted to say to anyone who is attempting a dry January but has not so far managed every single day, better some days than none - it's tough doing a dry January, a horrible time of year, bad weather, grim. But honestly, even one day AFD is good, a step in the right direction. Don't give up! x0

Couldn't agree more.:) One option is to extend the month into February. So if you manage 20 in January then go for 11 next month. It could become a habit!:D
I met friends last night for a planned drink. I had a single glass, enjoyed it and stopped. Gone are the days when I'd come home and carry on. I'm pleased with that.:)
Definitely no drinking today and hoping to manage tomorrow as it's target day.
9 AFDs please Shaggy.0
