2/15 please - not doing very well but pleased I am subscribed to this thread which pops up daily in my e mails as a helpful reminder. Lots going on both personally and work wise and I have been reverting to old habits. Trying to sort out things and hope to be back on track soon. Very pleased to read of so many successes though, well done everyone0

Good sleep again and apologies for TMI but the bowels have finally decided to sort themselves out

12/31 please Shaggy0 -
Hey last year we collectively did a total of 3,745 days AFD. That's a lot of days - just over 10 years! Maybe that's a slightly weird way to look at it but I just felt the impulse to add it all up.
Impressive, when you look at it that way. In the end, that'll be fewer problems for the NHS to have to sort out.Evening all.

And
:T:T:T:T:T:T:TWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

If there is an NHS, ha ha(a joke, but not really). I agree with shaggy tho, it's :T:T:T:T:T to us. There were 21 of us on the list so it averages out as roughly half a year off booze each. That's got to be a good thing!
