    7/20 for me please.


    felt awfully sluggish at the start of the month, a bit better this week. I used to do 11 days straight AF, once a month along with OH but we seem to have got out of the habit and AFDs tend to be a bit scappy, here & there IYKWIM. must get back into it.


    sorry about that little ramble 'out loud' but I just thought of it

    Hey last year we collectively did a total of 3,745 days AFD. That's a lot of days - just over 10 years! Maybe that's a slightly weird way to look at it but I just felt the impulse to add it all up.
