I always read everything Freedom Beckons but I am incredibly nosy so find what everyone else is up to very interesting and love to read about it.
Echo what he others have said glad you are here and staying. :T2017- 5 credit cards plus loan

Thanks for the kind words. If my musings on why a target of 10 works for me is helpful then I'm delighted. :A
Happy Birthday when it comes, oneday. Your reasoning on the cake makes perfect sense to me.
No drinking today. I've had quite an intense day and I'd love to put my feet up with a glass of wine but it's not going to happen. I won't let it!:)
Thanks for the stats Shaggy. I've already exceeded 10 per month before November even ends so I'm firmly into bonus time.:D
11 AFDs please Shaggy.0 -

Just lost a long post so here is an edited version. I am on Day 8 however I have found the last day or so tough.... Thankyou to honey bear, Karen & WBF for your interest, its weird but I thought no one would read. Today is important as I find out the outcome of an important meeting (can't say anymore) but whatever I know I have to get on with life. I will keep in touch, and wish you all a lovely day x
Day 8 is fantastic. I hope it gets easier for you over the next few days xSeptember 2017 Debt = £25330

Freedom beckons - wishing you all the best with the meeting results. Well done on 8 days!
Happy birthday taking one day. Enjoy whatever you do.
I'm with you on the hungry and tired triggers WBF. I totally ignore the tiredness and use alcohol to get me through it, which wakes me up again leaving me even more tired the next day!
I always feel it is possible for me to cut down cathybird when I read how you have done it gradually and found it easier as time goes on, thanks for your posts.
Shaggy - thanks for the figures, as has been said by many, it's so motivational. Noticed on the year stats that I am at 99/120 (now 100 today of 120). This made me wonder whether to push for that target of 120. But December being December - not so sure.
So shall stick at 5 AF as a target for Dec please
On 5/5 AF for today.0 -
Sorry to have a moan but it was my birthday today & it has to rate as one of the crappiest birthdays ever
Had to work today in a job I am finding more mundane as the years go by & this evening we had a meal out in a pub we have been to on a few occasions which has always been good & it was awful
Oh well - hopefully there will always be another birthday
I have to say that I also find it more productive to set a realistic target and beat it (hopefully:D) than to set a higher one and fail - I find that quite demoralising.
Congratulations on Day 8 freedom beckons :T
I hasten to add tonight was not an AFD0 -
Sorry you've had a crappy birthday sukey . It's Friday tomorrow, so have another go at celebrating at the weekend. And Many Happy Returns anyway.:T0
