Evening everyone,
Lunch taken to work on Mon (rice), Tue (pasta) and Wed (crackers and cheese) so that's me achieved 8 out of 13 days. Realised I'm not going to make my target as I'm meeting a former colleague for lunch on Wed and also lunching with a current colleague the following week.VSPC 2019 #10 - £168.80/£100 VSPC 2020 #4 - £262.03/£200 VSPC 2021 #9 - £242.88/£200 VSPC 2022 #3 - £188.03/£200 VSPC 2023 #7 - £0/£2000 -

It's never too late, fruit loop, welcome aboard!
I'm all set for tomorrow, I managed to get a YS pot of mozzarella pearls which I will have with some of my glut of home grown tomatoes and a bit of basil from the garden. I'm not sure if I have balsamic vinegar, I will have a root around but do without if not!Make £25 a day in April £0/£750 (March £584, February £602, January £883.66)

Hello lovely, please don't think I was ignoring your question, I have had no internet for nearly 2 weeks. I add the stock all at once, I think it would work better that way. I would certainly add most of it in the beginning.
Have batch cooked vegetable muffins for my breakfasts this week, as well as a vat of couscous again. Last week was Yellow Split Pea soup x 3, Tuna Sandwich and leftover macaroni cheese.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
