  • Morning all :) 2nd day of bringing my lunch to work...and it's pasta, pesto and cheese again haha! Went round the OH's parents for dinner last night so no leftovers to use today. I am making homemade leek and potato soup tonight for dinner so that will be tomorrows lunch!

  • Day 4 of taking my own lunch...and yes it is pasta, pesto and cheese! I make 2 days in one go :) I do love pesto but going to ensure some variety next week, I didn't put lunches on the shopping list so using what I have in the cupboard!

  • Bring your own lunch to work day #5 :j HM soup from last night! Managed to bring lunch all this week, stark change from pretty much buying breakfast/coffee and lunch every day, must have saved a fortune!

    Saving £1.75
    Aiming to early retire December 31st 2026.

    I'm declaring early on this challenge because I had forgotten I am on holiday next week!.
    Today's lunch - beans on toast and a cereal bar. Cost 50p so saving £2.50p.
    So grand total saving of £39.60p for 19/23 days.
    Great challenge!
