Probably. Just read back through the thread. It appears you've had the letter of claim (i.e. the one marked as such and requesting payment to the lawyer not to ZZPS).
If that is correct, then you may want to write to them telling them that the new protocol now applies (see the threads on this). Prior to pursuing this further and/or issuing proceedings you will expect them to furnish you with all the documentation set out in the protocol and to comply with the stocktake provisions thereafter.0
