Hi we sold our house in May 2017 and it still has not appeared on the land registry indexes is there a reason for this? Similarly another property 5 doors up was sold 4 years ago and never appeared on the land Registry.
Some sales are excluded and you can report a missing record to check/confirm“Official Company Representative

Thanks received the TP1 form on Friday, but still awaiting the copy of the lease that was submitted at the same time.
On the TP1 form, under stamp duty there is a sum of £120,000that it says the transaction didn’t exceed. How can I find out how much each item sold for it says garage 2, garage 4 and land adjoining garage 1?
Thanks
It reads as if all 3 were transferred under the same TP1 so there wouldn't be a record of any 'split' in price presumably“Official Company Representative

Hi, I've been told to post here to get some help so here goes.
I brought a property with an ex partner in 2002. I lived in the property for a couple of years until he relationship dissolved and then moved out. We had an understanding between us that if the house was sold I would get half of any equity or profits. I contributed £12,000 towards the buying of the house. .......
You'd need legal advice to unravel any claims you might have here re what you put in and could have got out.
You can check the 'history' of what happened re the registration elements by using our contact form to enquire how the purchase was registered and what registered interests (such as the form J) were registered/dealt with at the time.
If you were a registered joint owner then I woukd have expected you to be a party to any sale but there's enough here to confirm things were complex so the devil will be in the detail.“Official Company Representative

Two of the garages were owned by different people so wouldn't there be a value as to what they were paid?
I assume the land adjoining garage 1, must have been part of the original freehold?0 -

But you have a single TP1 so that does not seem likely as far as the TP1 is concerned.
I am guessing you may have requested copies thinking you would get X information but it has revealed Y
Do you want to email us at customer.service@landregistry.gov.uk with the details and we can take a look and give you a steer perhaps?“Official Company Representative

My Solicitor has ordered an OS2 search on a new build the day we are due to Exchange yet the Builder state this isn't searched until just prior to Completion. The result shows a new title plan and a Transfer from 2007 what does this mean?0

Solicitor says need to review the boundary Title Plan again. Don't know how long. Builder says they have taken to long and is going to remarked the property.
Solicitor won't follow my instruction to proceed however.0 -

We can't manage how solicitors might correspond with one another or go into specific details with anyone other than the applicant here.
If we do serve notices then it would be on the affected neighbouring landowner.
I understand that all parties have now responded and we are just waiting for the updated plan to be issued. Our solicitor has drawn down funds so we are now liable for interest, but are still unable to complete. Can you please advise how soon the updated plan should be received?
Thank you.0 -
Am I being stupid? Complete beginner and I cannot see how to start a new thread? Or do I just post my Land Registry question here? Advice please.0
