Hi there,
my husband and his two siblings share ownership of a property as joint tenants, but now two of them are transferring their equities to the one sibling so that he will be the sole owner of the property.
Do you know what the current waiting time/application processing time is for the TR1 and AP1 forms?
Thanks for any advice!0 -
Hi there,
my property is listed as a leasehold apartment/flat on the Land Registry.
My property is on 4 levels, so it is more like a townhouse. I am the only owner of this property, since Oct 2011. How easy would it be to get this changed and would I need to contact the building company or could it be changed by only contacting the Land Registry?
Thank you for any help. The Red Baroness0 -

Are you sure it’s not a leasehold house?0 -

Providing everything is completed correctly and there are no restrictions on the title that need to be dealt with then it can be a week.0 -

The average wait time is around 2 weeks currently if everything is in order.
If we have to make wider checks then that can be extended by a few weeks. Everything depends on what has been submitted and by whom as to what checks may be required.“Official Company Representative
