I also wave and I've never been caught ............... mind you, that could be because I was driving at the average speed limit!
The average speed limit? Since we have 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 & 70 mph speed limits, then I guess that means the average limit would see you driving at 45 mph all the time... I think I've been overtaken by you in town and held up by you in the country!

I'll take it that was tongue in cheek but of course I was referring to places where they have average speed cameras and the limit is clearly marked ................. oh, I see what you mean!!The average speed limit?
