Average Speed Cameras

There is a BMW/Audi technique for average speed cameras, belt it through the first one, then tailgate someone through the second one to block your front number plate (they always read the front).
There is also a "Strider" technique for stopping this......... Let them get comfy and smug on your rear bumper, feign left very slightly and then rapidly change lanes to the right as you go past the camera

No they don't always read from the front. There are some on the M6 and the M4 that read from the rear.0 -

Don't take advice from people down the pub. Most of what they say is nonsense, or outdated.
You should try playing Golf. I used to enjoy an early Saturday morning round in my late teens, but as I grew up I realised that golf courses are full to bursting with arrogant pr1cks talking complete and utter non-sense (and it's not even alcohol fuelled). In fact I reckon it'd be 10x easier to learn to play to a high standard, if not for all the rubbish "advice" you get out on the course. I miss it sometimes, but I don't miss the people.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

That's because too many people want to be the "authority" on a given subject. Unfortunately in pursuit of this, they won't admit when they are wrong, which weakens their credibility once they are found out. Little do they know that admitting their errors would gain them more credibility, not less.0 -

Its your headlights you're supposed to flash? whoops. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
I think it only works if you have a lightsaber in the left hand waved vigorously 😂0

Wouldn't that decapitate the poor sod in the passenger seat? :rotfl:“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
