    Hello again! I've just had a letter from DRP debt recovery plus Ltd. Saying they are acting for their client UKCPS Ltd and I need to pay £160 by 4 /10/17 and if I don't they will recommend their client takes me to court. They (ukcps) still haven't responded to any if my letters. What's the advice now please? Many thanks, again!
    It's a debt collector letter asking for money and if you don't give it to them they may "recommend" their client moves on to court proceedings.

    As previously mentioned you are waiting for the REAL Letter Before Claim and then you defend.

    To your advantage after October 1st the pre-action protocols change making life more difficult for the PPCs. So hopefully you don't get your LBC before then (unlikely given where it appears you are in the process).
