That sounds a lot to me Buffster - swimming membership here is £31. Although it is the local authority supported gym not a posh one. I'm looking at joining a training squad as that would be sociable too, though an additional cost.
Re the dark evenings and wet hair, I've been looking at these... which mean you can dry off on the way home - possibly combined with thick cotton tights?

I think I would like one for in the house also.....;)
I am going to set up a direct debit for 68 pounds to myself from November and I shall walk the dogs more.
If I walk the dogs morethrough winter then I shall treat myself to the Gym membership in February or March - ie when the weather is a bit better.
I am working on a six month plan this weekend. Sort of thinking about being out of debt by Brexit!
Tomorrow is a day for finishing off the rabbit housing.
have planned it over and over. Fingers crossed!

Just quickly
Is it a good idea to pay the 68 a month into Premium Bonds?

My experience with premium bonds was good but we had a lot in there, depends what sort of interest you can get elsewhere."Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0

I think Martin says no... there is or was an article on here somewhere that concludes you get more through interest elsewhere.
But it does depend if you are lucky. I know someone who does really well out of them and gets enough regular prizes to beat the alternative interest - but she is the same person who ALWAYS wins on a tombola :rotfl: (even when we've had someone else physically pick the ticket for her)

I will stick to my saving plan.
I have injured my shoulder - can't remember if I said. But is so painful. Even painful to touch.
Bit of a rough day. tired. fed up. I think either the bloke at work has decided to stick with his gf or just isn't interested - he was a bit off with everyone today and very tired but just didn't look at me in the same way I know that sounds silly but I just think I should trust my gut). Hey ho. Still want a boy friend tho
Moneywise am up a creek. But I don't think it will to bad. Not going out till I have finished the rabbit housing
- which no I didn't finish! But am a little closer!

Re the bloke - too much baggage, you don't need the hassle.
Money wise - you need a plan.
Exercise wise - what about You Tube - Joe Wicks does some free workouts and others do too. I can recommend the 30 Day Shred which is on there.
Hope your shoulder is better soon xxI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
