Consumer Contract Regulations replaced the Distance Selling Regs. Can you link to where the CCR states you can reject for a full refund at any point in time (rather than the seller having the option to repair or replace)?Nosence , look at Consumer Contracts Regulations
You really need to understand all this if you are going to have half a chance in court.0 -
Spot on, thank you.unholyangel wrote: »Even if you purchased before oct 2015 and the SoGA does apply, you only have a "reasonable time" to reject goods. Typically this would be less than a month unless there were special circumstances (such as a lawn mower purchased in winter or winter sports equipment purchased in summer).
If you purchased it on/after 1st oct 2015, then you have a blanket 30 days in which to reject the goods (with no extension for special circumstances).0 -

I already explained this
No paper work was provided , hence either by email or post, barring a shipping note.
Under CCR
None of the Criteria was fulfilled, but Address , name etc.
Under CCR when this fails
"Failure to provide the required information, or to provide it in the way set out in the regulations, could result in cancellation rights being extended by up to a year."
OK - you win - you need no-ones help and you'll obvioulsy get your refund however many people disagree with you0 -
I think you would make life much easier for everyone of you actually did a time line detailing everything
xx/xx/15 - Purchased online
xx/xx/xx - Raised first issue
etc etc0 -
You were not cancelling the contract, you were reporting faulty goods. If the seller had still been trading, they would have had the opportunity to repair or replace the goods.I already explained this
