So many details missing. I can see why the CC and FOS ruled against you.
If you sent it to the manufacturer, if they agreed it was faulty why didn't they replace it under warranty?0 -

I tried explaining it a long case.
Goods bought Autumn 2015, followed process as explained
Due to shift work and all and time of year, 1 letter sent around 2 months then second letter after 6 months to seller.
When didn't hear back, found out they went into administration, so by time took it too CC, it was 7 months.
The Contract is with the Seller first and any Court would ask you to follow the process.
You do have upto 6yrs for a claim so regardless of that.
The product was boxed back up within 2 months ( hence the rejection of goods ) and rejected under Consumer Contracts Regulations, also under SoG ( pre October 2015)0 -

Standard Law.
Even if you purchased before oct 2015 and the SoGA does apply, you only have a "reasonable time" to reject goods. Typically this would be less than a month unless there were special circumstances (such as a lawn mower purchased in winter or winter sports equipment purchased in summer).
If you purchased it on/after 1st oct 2015, then you have a blanket 30 days in which to reject the goods (with no extension for special circumstances).
I understand you might be frustrated but you need to be able to ask questions put to you without getting defensive. Especially resorting to calling people trolls any time you don't like what they said, its only likely to lead to regulars on this board not helping you so you might want to remember that the only person here who would benefit from any advice we give is you.You keep using that word.
