Morning all. I miscalculated my bills and ended up overdrawn today  it's ok it's sorted but only for a few days. it means the next 2 weeks are going to be really tight, could be worse atleast it's summer holidays and I don't have school runs, school funds and swimming to pay for.it's going to be another NSD for us.

I'm with you on the quiet mid-end of the month. This part always drags in for me!

Good luck with maintaining the NSDs - not easy to achieve :)

Spend less than £40 (need desil and a birthday cake)....£13.51/£40

    Cook all meals...no takeaways.... 4/7

[STRIKE]sort threw last years school uniform and see whats needed.[/STRIKE]

    [STRIKE]Pay £100 off debt[/STRIKE]...£137.66 so far

I think I'm doing ok for my first week at it :D

Checked the freezer and even tho it looks rather bare(prob the most bare it's ever been and I'm just gonna keep at it til I can defrost it and clean it) we have lots of meat and veg. So I should have no issues coming in under that £40.

Found £1.10 when I pulled the sofa out to hoover :j every little helps an all ;)

logged into an old valued opinions account which has £6 in it :) spent ages updating my profile. checked an old swaybacks it only has 150sb but I'm gonna start doing it again to hopefully help with Christmas spends.

So I just did a snowball and apparently it's going to take me until August 2019 to get debt free....that seems like ages away but I know it will fly in!

Morning everyone, I'm not feeling too great today. Didn't sleep well, pretty sure I have sciatica and now it's moved to my arm which I'd never heard of before but is apparently completely normal. Wish I could justify the £40 a week for the chiropractor, will just get into the gp on Monday for a physio referral. I'm feeling abit sick but I think it's just tiredness.

Off shopping today with 4 kids in tow  will only be a small shop and unfortunately it's going to have to go on the credit card, but we have next to no milk, bread and loo roll so no choice really.

I have no more direct debits left to go out this month and no money left for overpayments so I'll be back later with the total of my shop and a wee round up of July and a plan for August.

    Goals for August

Spend less than £40 a week.

    Have 20 NSD.

Cook at home everyday except my birthday.

    Earn £5 on swagbucks.

Get school uniform for under £200

Pay atleast £600 off debt (it's gonna be a tight month, I'm hoping to pay more but don't want to over stretch and fail).

Save £5 a week in emergency fund.
