Since my reply Tyzap has done some research go from there.

Bott say €300, the same as EUClaim. Flightaware has the wrong scheduled arrival time which makes delay time incorrect.

I don't believe that acars data extends to 1st door open time, so it could be very close in that case, but probably just under if that is what Botts data also shows.

You may need to go to court to get a definitive answer.

Apparently ACARS does record the doors opening so it is beginning to look like your delay was just under the higher threshold.
