Find Actual Delay Time

Can anyone advise how I can find the actual delay of my Flight TOM113 from PUJ to MAN on Mon 24/04/17 which was either just under the 4 hrs or just over the 4 hrs delayed at arrival with door open.
Thomsons have provided me with the 3hr compensation amount but I think it should be the 4 hr compensation. I have asked the question to them but I am getting no response. How Can I check this.

EUClaim says €300 due so seem to agree it was under 4 hours0

Agreed they have paid €300 but should it be €600 ? If it is actually under the 4hrs that's fine but the time I believe was just over the 4hrs by a minute or two. So where do you get the official door open time information from.0

Put your details into bottonline and see what they say.0

Flightstats have most of the information (but not all) and as you now have to pay a subscription to obtain historical information you may decide not to subscribe as there is no guarantee that they will have the information or indeed the accuracy of same. In addition if you do go to court over the matter the Judge may question the validity. Generally if the NWNF's point to a particular length of delay the assumption is they have checked ACARS records. The airline will obviously have the information (again ACARS) and I'm unsure if a SAR request (£10) would force them to release ...maybe legal magpie (posts on these pages) could enlighten.
For anyone faced with a similar problem in the future sites such as flightradar24 carry the information (free) for around 7 days after flying.0 -

Thanks for the information - I have already checked Flightstats and FlightRadar & realised I would need to subscribe to get the information now from FlightRadar but again would they have the details. I would like to get hold of the ACARs data but cannot. With regards to NWNF claims specialists some say €300 and some say €600 so its a lottery.
I may just wait longer and see what happens, but dont expect anything different. I expect Thomsons knows this hence getting no replies from them.0 -
What does bottonline show?0

You could try this site but you really do need patience to be able to navigate through the 'system'....

Yes I'd seen this but the scheduled arrival time was 06:05 which would make it 3hrs 51mins late.... So not sure if the information can be relied upon. The ACARS date is the official data.0
