We tend to think that complaints should be from the heart - assertive but written in your own style.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all. It's been a while but I've had a response today (having followed all advice on here) from debt recovery plus ltd. do I still ignore this? It's still in my wife's name as it was her car and she's stressing a bit. I'm happy to let it ride along but she's reluctant. Should I get it directed to my name? Thanks everyone in advance0

The only reply we are interested in is the one from the Hotel, cancelling the charge.
A DRPlus letter is not a reply, it's either a standard begging letter or a 'MY FINDINGS' useless and toothless template:

Nowt about that letter chain please. Chase up the Hotel and escalate it to the CEO of the chain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
