I did the C25K Week 2, Day 2 run yesterday :T So far so good.
Also made Redcurrant & Lavender Cordial. Really hard to stop the redcurrants from jelling because of their pectin levels but I managed to keep it liquid-ish. Can't wait to try it in a G&T at the weekend
I parcelled up the Bay sales and and took them to the Po$t Offic£. Then lodger friend and I went to pick the WI painting up from the framers. They've done a great job. I dropped it off to our show team this morning. The judging is taking place on Friday so the marks will be up on show when Mr F and I get there on Saturday  Wish me luck.
I had a Writing Group meeting this afternoon but apart from that I can't for the life of me remember what else I've been doing this week. I seem to have been running around being busy without much to show for it
We've eaten Courgette, Ham & Ricotta Tarts for lunch the last couple of days and Cod & Chorizo Stew with rice for supper. I do seem to be sticking with the meal plan better now.
Feeling very tired now so I'm off to Bedfordshire.
Night night all

You can easily become inundated with courgettes :rotfl: I'm finding that just the two plants is manageable and I won't be planting any more than that next year. We eat a lot of recipes that have courgettes in them but you can have too much of a good thing :rotfl:
