Seem more MSE than the 99p eggs... and I'm sticking with that excuse...😆
😂😂😂 We're all as bad as one another aren't we 😂😂😂 Good job this isn't a Calorie Saving Expert forum 😂😂😂
I am a terror for chocolate and cake - which is why I don't usually have it in the house. However, I thought I would get ahead of the game and order the Easter eggs whilst they were all in stock. As if they would ever last until the day 😆 I ate mine this weekend and Mr F soon followed. I have lost 2lbs this week already though so the damage is nearly undone 😇 Although we have two birthdays and the Easter weekend to navigate soon so I'm not sure my halo will be shining for long 😆

Maintenance
Another small adventure yesterday when we took my car for a service and MOT. Costs came in round about where I expected them too. It's always tricky to budget for the service as it can vary enormously. They plug the car in and it tells them what needs doing so that ends up cheaper than replacing everything whether needed or not. However, I never know whether it's going to cost me £200 or £400 😲 I think I'll start to budget for the maximum possible cost and then anything saved can be OP'd.
We had a tuna mayo wrap with salad for our lunch yesterday as I had wraps and salad to use up. Supper was Mustardy Salmon with Beetroot and Lentils to use up the last of the beetroot. The recipe was tasty but certainly needs the lemon squeezed over it, and perhaps a little stock added to thin the creme fraiche, otherwise it would be a bit dry.
I'm going out for my own maintenance trip later - yes, the important person getting their vaccine today is not Boris, it's me! 😆 I'm going to have a general tidy up and get some meals out of the freezer for the weekend just in case I feel poorly afterwards. I'm a bit worried I might cry when they do it - just with relief. It's been such a long and worrying time. I hope they get the vaccine delays sorted out quickly so that everyone can gain some protection.
I'll certainly be taking it easy for the next few days whilst the vaccine does its work. I made a FB sale last week and a Bay sale yesterday which I've added to the OP's. So I might just spend the time listing a few more items.
Take care everyone

Good luck today Fortune. Mr Cheery has his booked for tomorrow, as you say, such a relief. I'm sure they'll understand if you cry!
Love all your listing of what you eat. I aspire to being that organised 😁 But I also accept that right now, that's not where my life is, so instead I vicariously enjoy your dinners, and file away tips for when I have a kitchen, and haven't filed my entire life with work and DIY 😁6 -
Fingers crossed you have no issues - I just had a background headache and a sore arm with mine last weekend (I have been crushingly tired this week, too - but have out that down to low iron levels and work and sleeping badly - as DH tells me I'm sleeping on my back all night - presumably my subconscious is.stopping me lying on my arm even though I drift off to sleep lying on it! 🤷♀️🙄😄) It is fantastic that the rollout has been moving forward at such pace, though

Won't be long before you have a fabulous kitchen @Cheery_Daff and can embark on some real culinary adventures. Hope Mr Cheery's is ok after his jab.
