Aw thanks guys. It was so easy to do. I used acrylic tube paints for the larger blocks of colour and acrylic paint pens for the details. It's just great to have a little creative project on the go - lifts the spririts.

Wash Day
The replacement washer and dryer were safely delivered last night 😁 Mr F did the installation and both are working perfectly. Needless to say I have put them through their paces today 😆 It was such a different delivery experience this time. The guys were friendlier and took great care with the lifting and shifting. More up to the standard I'd expect from J0hn L£wi$.
I put the old washer and dryer up for sale on FB last night along with a wall shelf I've been trying to sell for ages. I wasn't expecting to get much interest but all have sold! The washer and dryer have been picked up and paid for already! The money is going into the Tittervating Pot. I'd been planning to get some really good quality replacement pillows as I've been getting a stiff neck recently. I now have the money to get one 😆 They're not gold plated pillows - I didn't ask very much for the sales 😂
It's shaping up to be a great day as my handbag has also arrived 😁 Although I haven't had a chance to open it yet. That will be my next job. With all the comings and goings today I haven't managed to get much done although I did a little more weeding and pruning this morning. I'm now waiting for T£$co to arrive with this week's grocery shop and the lady coming to collect the shelf. Mr F has requested an early supper so he can get into the gym this evening and I have my weekly girlie catch up later. It's all go in the Fortunate household 😂
We had Spicy Spaghetti with Garlic Mushrooms for supper last night. The recipe is for four portions but it's only really enough for two. There is some left for this evening but I'm going to pad it out with some chard and kale from the veg patch and serve with some grated parmesan as it definitely needed some. Lunch was a tuna cheese salad to use up lots of lovely veg box produce plus lettuce and new potatoes and.... our very first courgette 😁 from the veg patch.
Right... the handbag will have to wait as there's a break in the rain and there's chard and kale needs picking.
Happy Hump Day all

Doh! I've been telling everyone my Thursday T£$co delivery is due and it's only blimming Wednesday 🤣 I'm blaming Mr F. He put the bins out earlier thinking it was Thursday.

The garden may have looked professional on that particular day but today it looks very weedy 😮 It's a never ending battle. Worth it though when the fruit and veggies are ready to harvest.
Washer and dryer are working well. They are making the dishwasher look a bit shabby though 🙄
