Dash Cam Video Cutter

Got a NextBase DashCam.
Needed to cut a video to send via email.
Although the camera records in many blocks of footage, the clip I wanted to send was 121mb in size.
Have got the 'NextBase - DataKam Player' but cannot get this to cut and save.
Tried some 8 different Free Software downloads all of which want some payment to get a version to cut and save your video.
Found 'Free Video Cutter', but this tokl an hour plus to load the clip with its 'buttons' ready for cutting. It was straight forward in editing/cutting and saving the new edited version.
Anyone know of a simple free cutter without Water marking etc.that is better than the one I used.

Then edit the video to the relevant part, which only lasts seconds and is a relatively small file.0 -

I'm sure there's a poster on here who posts lots of dashcam footage on YouTube (think he may even has his own channel) of other peoples supposedly terrible driving.
With any luck he'll see this thread and offer you some advice.
