Really strong winds today  but bright and sunny! Even the compost bin was flying around the garden. Electricity went off at 9.30am.

Electricity back on at 9.40 this morning. Quite a lot of damage in our area from Storm Malik yesterday and there's another storm on the way for tonight!

my eldest kids electric was off for over 24 hours again as well Mrs cd .  its becoming quite regular now.   .
 
I've got no energy tonight . was catching up  with a coffee , now I can't be bothered to move lol

At first I thought yours had gone off too @burtha! I know what you mean,  some days I just can't get moving either. Had 2nd scan today,  no sign of dvt thankfully. Leg still hurts though

yup   I haven't put it in correct English have I lol .. never mind .  . 
I've talked myself into a short dog walk and a 3 mile run .. then a reward of a  chip butty . I'm home alone so why not 
 
at least nothing has shown up on the scan , so that's good . hopefully leg will start to improve soon

Ash..  Rock buns were my dad's favourite,  I haven't made them in years now . 
ended up doing a 5 mile run and an hour of kettlebells last night , then couldn't be bothered to go to the chip shop . ended up with a funked up cheap pizza base . 

better get myself sorted for work , enjoy whatever your doing today everyone x
