Is that some kind of chutney to go with the hunk of meat? Good in sandwiches too. Maybe with a bit of kale for variety.

Monna’s obviously been sampling the contents of the half-empty bottles she packed in those boxes. I bet some of them have matured nicely while she’s been using the boxes as an art installation.
