Any idea who plays Freddie? I want to see it but I like watching films in my own home so I'll wait until its on the Sky contraption. Did Brian May really play himself? I suppose his hair is one of a kind.
A tired Oma is an Oma that will be a memorable Oma. Making memories for sure Lyn. How id HWKs getting on? Has the allotment allowed him to talk to a few guys? It's the wrong time of year I guess.0 -
pollyanna i'm ok thanks, just very tired and achy atm. my eyes are ok too.
I'm wearing a pink jumper today. Very pink. Very, very, very pink. I bought it before I had my first eye done, and thought it was quite a nice shade of coral. Wrong. Imagine the brightest pink seaside rock you've ever seen. And then double it....0 -
Ivyleaf you made a tired wee lassie chuckle there. I'm thrilled your vision is improving that well. I wonder what else crept by your radar. Ooops0

Ivyleaf, if anyone asks, just say you deliberately chose that colour. Pink is good. Flaunt it!One life - your life - live it!0

I dislike pink usually but sometimes you just need a wee bit of pink to lift the day !0

Hi Fuddle, the actor is called Rami Malek. I saw him in tv in a series called Mr Robot.
My youngest son has just got in from seeing the film and says it's very good.

Oh yes memories on both sides but more achey bits on mine than on Zebra's!
Oh yes HWK has found some pals on the lottie, someone has given him late apples, someone else has promised raspberry canes which will be heeled in on our allotment when they're available, he's managed to find He Who Holds the Key to the Notice Board and put an ad on for the greenhouse we were given that is too big for our space and he's just gone up now to 'get on with the digging see you at lunchtime!' bless him, he's a happy boy!
Play last night was hilarious, 'The Bank Robbery that went Wrong' we laughed till our sides ached and some VERY clever sets and a script that 'played with words', most enjoyable! got home at 11.30 and tumbled into bed and slept like that proverbial log! There is a veggie chilli and a honey cake in my future today and a trip to the high street for a few bits and pieces, happy Saturday everyone! xxx.0 -
Currently wrangling a hyperactive English Springer Spaniel who has to wear pyjamas at night.
Yes, you read that right, a dog with pyjamas.
She was spayed recently, so she has to wear a garment called a RecovaShirt for sleeping, so that if she wakes up during the night she can't start fiddling with her stitches.
It takes two of us to get the thing on her - one (me) to wrangle her into it, and t'other (Mr Wolf) to hold a treat just out of her reach to make her stay still enough for me to do this.
:eek: @ the vivid pink Ivyleaf. :rotfl:If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
I do actually like bright pink; I have a bright pink fleece. Just not quite this bright (wearing the same jumper today
)
