I have just replied to them with both our names etc, so I would suggest that as you've sent details of the names of who you want to go and they seem to have accepted it then that's OK.

Hi Tiggertail, the PR Company emailed me today & sed it has to be my mum but its fine cos shes managed to get it off work now so looking forward to it!
wonder when we get those itineraries?? I checked with them today to see if they pay for travel (it did ask in the email where we were travelling from so i thought they would) and they said they do. :j

There are five other winners I know of on the Loquax forum - have read the thread and the PR person is busy sorting the itinerary for all 16 winners and we should have details by the end of this week.

I got this email this morn....

Hi there,

Just to keep you all updated the itinerary will be with you by Monday next week but just so you can book time off and plan your time you will need to travel on the Wednesday 17 in the afternoon (travel being arranged by us) and the event will take place all day Thursday and Friday. Travel will be arranged home for you on Friday afternoon.

The makeover and shopping is for the person whose story was entered and you can choose the west end show for both of you to enjoy so start having a think!

Extra costs will be your dinner on Thursday and any extras you want to buy.

Please bear with us on this lots of exciting things to organise for you!
