zafiro1984 - it's good to hear about you using your apples, I see so many going to waste. I do do a bit of scrumping myself though.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

I am trying to use some of our apples but there are so many and we don't eat pud. I have made chutney, apple & chilli jelly, SC apple butter and have stewed some. I tried offering them to the street but we all seem to have apple trees so there were no takers. I might do 1 more apple & chilli jelly batch and stew a few more but then that is it.

I'm back I've signed up before with your challenge and its gone out the window. But I would love to have another crack at it. I am bobbling around my heaviest and have been the same weight for a few years
I am going to count calories and try work out a little on my own. Home cooking and trying to make this as simple as possible for me eg cut out crisps and sweets ect. No serious diet changes like clean eating or lowering carbs ect as I have tried all this and it does not work long term for me personally.
Can I join ? Is there a Christmas Countdown ? Which ever one your on can I jump in at 12lbs down before christmas please
Lets hope this time I do this !!!
Welcome back Debbie, there are 7 weeks left on this challenge - do you still want to go for 12?

Today has been very different to the slap dash eating I have indulged in over the last couple of days. My halo is blinding.
Br: boiled egg and CB.
Lunch: Cottage cheese and salad. SF jelly.
Snacks. 1 Apple
Lots of water and black coffee.
Rediscovered the art of teeth brushing after each meal. It certainly discourages picking and my dentist will be chuffed.I believe that friends are quiet angels
