Am delighted with my little loss, and completely surprised -1.5lb
I have been struggling this last couple of weeks to get back on track.
Am off this week for half term so have lapsed a few times, we are off to the park tomorrow so will have a nice walk around there then down to shops for a couple of birthday cards.
Friday we are at Comicon all day so lots of walking again, my ankle is still a little sore from the break in the summer so will need to remember my support bandage.'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Last weigh in before holiday and I have lost another 2lbs.
That takes me down to 158lbs. I would love to stay the same when I get back, but meals out and cocktails may take their toll...Sealed pot challenge 11: number 5940 -
Yesterday was OK, I stayed with vegetables all day plus a bit of fruit as I was making apple juice with windfalls after all the wind on Sunday and Monday.
I stayed away from the juice but had a couple of apples. This morning I still feel full and weigh the same as yesterday.
I may do the same today as I've loads more apples to process and freeze. DH weighed the apples - almost 100kg - that's more than I weigh now0 -
er, hum, fuddle. after scooping several fingers full of delicious uncooked pudding mixture and trimming of the ends of the sponge and giving them bit of quality control, I threw the towel in. I'll try a fast day tomorrow.
I know when I'm beaten.6

Well done on your losses!
knit witch I will be a bit late with my weigh in this week as I'm away for a few days. I should get it to you on Sunday. I will be making top notch food choices while I'm away but I think that is going to be a challenge!0 -

Another disastrous day - for dieting anyway, otherwise it was fun. Lunch club was very busy. The sticky toffee pud ws a great hit. There was miles too much, I never knowingly undercater. To anxious enquiries about the possibility of second helpings the helpers in the kitchen denied that there could be any leftovers , while shovelling pudding into plastic cartons to take home.
Then I was taken to a friend's house and force-fed coffee and walnut cake. I tried to protest but she recognised the pain in my eyes and gave me a huge piece.
Perhaps I will manage a fast day tomorrow. Perhaps.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Hello Knit Witch and everyone,
I'm back I've signed up before with your challenge and its gone out the window. But I would love to have another crack at it. I am bobbling around my heaviest and have been the same weight for a few years
I am going to count calories and try work out a little on my own. Home cooking and trying to make this as simple as possible for me eg cut out crisps and sweets ect. No serious diet changes like clean eating or lowering carbs ect as I have tried all this and it does not work long term for me personally.
Can I join ? Is there a Christmas Countdown ? Which ever one your on can I jump in at 12lbs down before christmas please
Lets hope this time I do this !!!0 -
