D - HM pizza with pea protein base and leftover fajita topping. YUM.
Also went to the gym. I’m never going to love spinning, but it’s a great way to burn calories fast.
I don't think I've ever quoted before so hope I've done it right. ( sorry of o haveny) Can I ask what your pea protein base is please? I am trying to keep to under 50 carbs a day. But i like the idea of pizza-I've seem a califlower base-might try that next week.
I am on tier 3 for weigh loss surgery ( if I ever get to tier 4 I don't know because of mh problems) so anything with protein in makes my ears pick upI am really trying. I've lost 35 -45 lbs 3 times through sw....I REALLY want to hit 50lbs ( 12 lbs to go from today) before my son easter hols-which is end of march/ early April this year .

Hi all
Sorry not been posting much but still down with the flu and have not felt like eating much. When I do feel like eating its not the healthiest as its more comfort eating. However I am pleased to report a 1.5lb loss this week.
Hopefully feel a bit more like eating normally next week:D I have also been given an extra incentive to lose weight as I have just been contacted by an old friend who I have not seen for 20+ years and there is a huge reunion of all our friends from that time of my life in 2019. Now back in the 90's I was a fit, skinny minny who used to run. I know I will never get back there as I am no longer allowed to run but I would like to lose the excess weight so I feel more confident in myself like I used to be.
Well done to everyone for their losses onwards to another good week :T0 -

The bases are sold by Musclefood, an online supplier of lots of good meat and food/food supplements. The bases are quite good although they have a tendency to stick.
I have plans to try making my own, but haven’t got round to it yet. Musclefood sell lots of good high protein/low carb stuff.

Quite a few people on MSE order from them. Their bulk chicken breasts are a great buy. PM me if you have any questions.Goals - Weight loss 6/26lb at 22nd Jan 18Mmmm. 26lb at 1/7/18. Oops:o0 -
I'm really impressed with all the weight losses, it looks like everyone has really buckled down to this new challenge - all except me.
It was soooo easy to put on 7lb over the Christmas period, but I'm now within 1lb of where I left off at the end of the last challenge.
Hopefully when I have my official weigh-in on Monday it will be no where to be seen..........here's hoping.0 -

Popped in icel@nds and bought some yog hurts before work this morning, am not a yoghurt lover but am following sw from home and yoghurts are 'free' to eat.

L campfire stew (sw receipe of a veg and gammon stew)
D actual beef stew with 3 (yes 3!)dumplings
P probably 1 said yoghurt.
Tomorrow I'm cooking Tandori chicken (baked) with Dahl and mushroom rice and veg, I was going o make some naan but perhaps I better not'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

STS this week, but I haven't really been trying so that is a small win for me, and at least it isn't a gain!
Went to the gym for an hour today, first time I've been since joining it about a week ago. It made me feel really good.
Bought Tom Kerridge's cook book 'Lose Weight For Good' as I have been enjoying the TV series.
Could I change my target to 14 lbs please? The last weigh in (correct me if wrong) is the 31st March which is my birthday so I want to go big and bold.Debt Free Stage 1 - Completed 27/08/2020
