Hi everyone :hello:
Jumped on the scales this morning and I am very pleased to report a 6lb loss. Hopefully this will kickstart me back to getting healthy. I have ordered some more shopping to come this morning as we are all ploughing through the fruit and veg which is a good thing but a tad expensive.
I am making honey and garlic salmon for dinner tonight as I am trying to eat more fish as it is not one of my favourites...unless it is coated in batter and deep fried :rotfl:.

Bought new scales and they give such a different reading that I'm having my start weight from today.
One of my tasks is accompanying my client for a short slow walk....
I do not get the opportunity to exercise other than cleaning at the moment.0 -
Right I was 317 this morning so need to loose 12 off that. I am doing high ish protein-I ashamed but I binge eat ; (
