MallyGirl - there's always something isn't there? Hope it is all fixable.

Not a bad start for me yesterday, went running after tea and didn't eat anything after that just had a drink of water.

    Afternoon All

WI today as I started the challenge early on 2nd Jan. I am happy to report that 3lbs of what I put on over Christmas have now gone again :)

B: lo carb granola, berries and skim
L: homemade butternut squash soup from freezer
D: leftover roast beef somehow - probably a pilaff

No dog walk this morning as they had to spend the day at kennels while all our radiators were being powerflushed. They might get a walk later when I get them back.

all fixable or bearable. I just seem to be crumbling a bit round the edges as I get older. On the other hand I am walking every day and horse riding once a week and a New Year's gathering showed me that I am by far the most active of my friends.

In that case I just need to know how much you plan to lose in 12 weeks for this challenge :)

I know that the rest of you started on the 6th or before but I'm starting tomorrow as my sister is away until then and we plan to do this together. The other thing was that the HT and I had the cough virus/flu/whatever over Christmas and although I didn't buy many goodies to start with we didn't feel like eating much. My sister went away Friday so we sort of restarted our Christmas food wise and I made the HT and I some meals I wouldn't normally bother with and bought some other little extras.

So.....tomorrow I will weigh myself and despite the gaping hole in my stupid looking leg I will try and lose some weight. Thanks for all the work you do here Knit Witch.

Well a surprising loss of for me -4lb
I hadn't really started until yesterday but maybe being back at work last week helped me keep the snacking in check. I was naughty today as dh had made me a humongous jacket pot for tea filled with butter egg mayo and cheese it was delicious and I ate every bite, so no pud for me tonight
