I took it gently today. It was freeezing but I went for a long walk as it was glorious and sunny.

I am going to need a walk round the block or my steps total will be a long way off 10,000 for the day.
Had a couple of health shocks at the weekend - it seems the 'big M' is not as over as I thoughtThen I had a checkup at the optician and was told I have developed something called PCO since my cataract op which means I will probably need more surgery. I can live with the somewhat blurred vision I have right now, as it is only 1 eye affected, but would have to get it sorted if it got much worse - more lasers.
