I am going cycling this morning - in the rain by the look of it. I will go in light rain but not very heavy rain as I am doing it for exercise not transport so there is no point putting myself at an extra risk.

I also plan to run after tea, I do fast laps of a short route on the days that I have cycled just to change things up a bit.

    Good morning...
Been waking with a headache, not surprising really.

    B. Blackcurrant pancakes with one egg, coffee
L.prob cheese on toast as not much else in.
    D. Out with DH on way to long rehearsal as I have to be in town in the afternoon.
    S. Will be cocoa when we get in late.

I might go to the gym at lunchtime...but only for the sauna :)

    Morning all

WI 2 days late and it is -2lb, so back to where I was a few weeks ago :(

BG man came yesterday and said it was faulty water pump but he had to order the part so he is due back again today.
I think there is a fault with the alarm that it detects an internal power failure as an external attempt to tamper. Will just leave it alone for now as we never actually set it due to the dogs and cat, and the fact that we added an open plan conservatory which would require it re-configuring.

B: porridge, sultanas, skim, golden syrup (run out of berries)
L: LO chicken soup and something else
D: no idea yet as it is 6th form open eve at school

    50 min dog walk

I have not been around for a good few months and in that time i have maintained the weight loss i have achieved since march. I am now starting to notice terrible eating habits creeping back in and need to refocus myself and get the last 14lbs off to reach goal. I have been attending the gym daily and doing pretty intense workouts but unfortunately my eating means i am only maintaining not losing. I am planning on starting a fresh tomorrow and i am aiming for 7lbs by christmas. I need this forum to keep me motivated and will be using it to post daily with food and exercise.

I am planning on catching up on everyones progress later after work.
