Why am I unable to update my current account with All&Leic to the new current account offering 6.3%? Is it legal to stop me changing?

Some organisations value new customers more than loyal customers. You're better off being a new customer and having no loyalty to those organisations.

Some organisations value your business and reward loyal customers. You're often better off sticking with those companies as they also often have quite a human touch to their customer relations.
