Thanks for this but mine is with civil enforcement and the trial has now been moved to a much bigger court and am concerned. Can anyone advise please as I have to present trial bundles in a couple of weeks now. Any help greatly received.0

If you're that concerned, ring the court and ask them why it has been moved.
My money is on Umkomaas and Coupon-mad being right.
You appear to have overlooked their latest posts.0 -
Thanks for all responses.
Unkomas the venue is similar in distance I guess but much more significant in all aspects, imposing size etc. I understand it might be logistics like coupon mad has suggested but I just ave a hunch it might not be. Is there a cost differentiation in buildings as venue to hold the same case does anyone know ? And would that make any diffference to all/ any parties anyways ?
Anyways I have to send trial bundles to the original venue Very soon now. I have sent three emails to the court to get the date moved but still haven't heard a word from them in 8 weeks. I have tried calling many times but as yet unsuccessful, it's embarrasse8ng what is happening with the administration of the courts system. We have a separate issue with an elderly relative and it is shocking what is going on in terms of timescales and budgets. I will try again today to seek some affirmation from them as to why the change. If anyone can help with what is needed in a bundle I would be grateful. Thank you.0 -

Purely due to logistics of the courts. CEL will not want a hearing.fineandandy wrote: »Thanks for this but mine is with civil enforcement

Thanks for the reassurance coupon mad the original reference to my cel acknowledgment was directed at the parking prangster blogspot and parking eye reference.. can you off r something further as to bundles ? I am assuming it is a copy of everything I have sent and or published online to mcol and other side and anything evidence based I intend to use in court. Am I correct in that ?
I am setting my mind to going to court and I will be defending myself with no witnesses.

You will have read by now that CEL never go to court against defended cases.fineandandy wrote: »Daunting.
Have you seen this video:0 -
Thanks Keithp video was helpful.
I understand that a well defended case is robust enough for cel to with draw proceedings I guess my concern is that I don't really know what a well defended case is am trusting the invaluable help people have given here and their assurance that it is. The FOI request information that was obtained from the justice department said that many many cases were dropped by cel but not all of them and it is that element of doubt that is troubling. That is all.
I will submit my bundle to the court next week and see what happens from the other side I guess.
What si the time limit counting down to a deadline that a case can be dropped does any one have any idea ?0
