EE Broadband cashback deal

Hi,
I switched from BT to EE broadband towards the end of April following Martin's tips. There was a £100 cashback deal at the moment. I cannot clearly remember if it was direct with EE, with moneysavingexperts or moneysupermarket. All I know is that I cut and pasted the following to a reminder e-mail to myself:


"Don’t worry if you don’t hear from us straight away as it may take up to 60 days for you to receive this email. If you don’t hear from us by then, you can call 01565 656251 or email: broadbandinfo@myeeoffers.co.uk for queries"


I did not receive any cashback and the telephone number I called say that they are not aware of it. My e-mails were not answered either. I called EE direct and they said that offer wasn't directly from them. I don't know what else to do at the moment.
Has anybody else had similar problems? Any help/tips will be greatly appreciated.

When did EE Broadband become part of MSE?

This is surely one for the Broadband/Consumer Rights Forums?

I don't understand your point. I only posted it because others might have done the same following MSE e-mails and experienced the same problem.


If anybody else I reading and looking for a useful response, apparently you need to have a DKI number. EE must have sent it at the point of activation but there has been a glitch with ours. They are trying to sort it out. It is a shame that I had to call multiple times to get hold of someone who can look into it and tell me what is going on.

This is the forum dedicated to MSE website issues - If you want to reach the widest audience appropriately, the forums I mentioned above or even Praise, Vent and Warnings would seem the more suitable choice.
