Wow you lot have been busy this weekend. Well done on all the losses. Just a few more to post their weigh ins today, then I will have the final chart.
I will create the new thread this morning. Should really have been done earlier, but I needed a few days off.
Next challenge will be 8 weeks, as that takes us up to Halloween, then another 8 takes us to Christmas (or 9 to new year).

Not posting on the new thread, as I don't want to start it with a downer :(

Had a weekend off from posting on here, but not totally off plan, but I am struggling at the moment.

    Today's "plan":
    Breakfast - noodles
    Lunch - salad
    Dinner - stir fry
Snacks - aldi quavers, cereal bars, fruit, ginger sweets

    HA - milk
    HB - cereal bars
Syns - salad dressing (1), quavers (3), sweets (whatever)

However in reality it's more likely to be:
Breakfast - force it down because I have to, to help ingest the drugs.
Lunch - force it down and throw it back up
Dinner - cook it, and eat it if I feel like it
Supper - eat a load of c**p, but at least that normally stays down.

Sorry, feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment.

Sorry you're feeling down kathrynha but It's allowed.:A

When you say the carp stays down later in the day is that because it's carp food and that agrees with you or because of the time of day and the drugs are all kicked in properly? I was just wondering whether planning healthy snacks for later in the day would help?

You're doing really well considering but maybe losing because nor much food is staying down.:( Do feel free to rant and rave or moan or anything that helps.:)

I think a bit of both. When I was away there was a lot of white bread, and that stayed down not too bad.
Some stuff won't stay down whenever I eat it (yogurt, eggs, oranges, lettuce)
Pretty much all fruit and veg I can only stomach a small amount, and can't stomach anything greasy.
Nothing stays down every time, but afternoons are the worst.

White bread and toast are definitely about the most appetising foods at the moment, but not good on SW and not many nutrients :(

Just been on the scales and although I had a funny week with going out and drinking Friday and had a small dinner in the pub Wednesday and Friday I was really shocked in boots to get

    -3

Mums in a mixed mood as she's lost 1.5lbs but I try and explain there's 3 stone difference between us so I've got more to lose. Really surprised that I've only got 2lbs to have lost 2 stone which believe me is remarkable for me. Still can't believe it.

The other thing is I saw the update on the chart - between us we have lost 50% of the target and many many stones - I think we aught to go and give ourselves a pat on the back :)

Jumping on to the other thread. Will follow this one too though
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:
