    Could anyone help me with Syns please for these sausages, bought in Aldi this week and very good (I've syns in hand so not too concerned about what they may be!)

    Loughnanes Skinny Pork Sausages, pack of 6 (67g per sausage)

    Nutritional info per 100g
    Energy 119kcal
    Fat 2.9g (saturates 1.1g)
    Carbs 6.2g (sugars 1.7g)
    Fibre 1.6g

    Just tried to get on and my browser has come up with a message saying that it has been configured improperly so won't connect.

    I got on earlier this evening so they must have done something to the site in the last couple of hours.

    Hopefully they'll sort it out shortly.

    Same here denise . I got a message saying the connection wasn't private and then when I tried again they'd put up a feedback form asking what went wrong.

    Id ring head office to see where it is as I'm sure they will have records where it is

    I'm not posting my menus until I feel better because I am not eating what I have written down. As soon as I feel better and begin to eat again, I shall begin to post. Hope everyone is ok and losing well.
    Hope no one has this stinking cough and cold. See you all soon xxx
    The weather has been quite nice today.

    I normally joke that I want to catch something if it stops me eating.... but given how rough your feel I think you can keep this one to yourself.
