Can I ask a question about the countdowns?

Am I right in assuming that say you bought a 6 / 12 week countdown but reached your target before the end of the countdown it would be a case of tough?

    Yes it would.

    Tell me about it lol!

I've got 18 / 25 lb (depending on what target I go for:rotfl:) so that would 1.5 / 2lb a week if I went for a 12 week countdown so I 'may' go for a 12 week one depending on where I am when the next offer comes around.

Wizkid can I catch your germs please....I need something that will stop me eating!

    Evening

Could anyone help me with Syns please for these sausages, bought in Aldi this week and very good (I've syns in hand so not too concerned about what they may be!)

Loughnanes Skinny Pork Sausages, pack of 6 (67g per sausage)

    Nutritional info per 100g
    Energy 119kcal
    Fat 2.9g (saturates 1.1g)
    Carbs 6.2g (sugars 1.7g)
    Fibre 1.6g
    Protein 16g
    Salt 1.4g

    Many Thanks

They're definitely 1 syn each- I bought some yesterday and checked syns via the app when I was in the shop. My consultant posted on our FB page that there's a problem with the website- SW techy bods are aware and are on the case.
Sorry I've been quiet- long day today- been to Rotherham to watch my team play. Cracking win for us- we won 46-10!
I'm shattered so going to have an early night- I'm weighing in tomorrow as by the time Wednesday comes I'm going to need a lie in.
    Night all xxx

Thanks denise . I just checked too and was pleased they'd sorted it on a Sunday!

I saw the sausages were 1 syn. Let us know what they're like esmy , although there were heaps of sausages listed that I've never seen in my Aldi. Probably a regional thing.

Sorry to hear you're still feeling rough wiz . Have you seen the doctor?

    Great win MrsR :T

I've chopped up all the fresh veg that won't last the week for the freezer . I've portioned up carrots, peppers and courgettes. It'll be really easy next time I make a casserole or Bolognese. I also bought a bag of the frozen mushrooms from Aldi that lush mentioned. They're much cheaper per kg than fresh. What I liked about them is they're sliced button mushrooms (there was a broken bag so I could see). The ones I buy in Farmfoods taste fine but they're all shapes and sizes from so called 'wonky veg'.

Thanks all for looking up the sausages - I'd assumed 2 syns so 1 is great! I enjoyed them tonight with mash, braised red cabbage and broccoli - quite meaty and tasty - so i'll pop back tomorrow for some for the freezer.
