No we only get holiday brochures. And at least one envelope a week. They send to my OH as she has holidayed with them. Do not wish to unsubscribe as we are interested in their holidays.
I was just putting forward a suggestion in reply to a poster who thought they were expensive.
Holiday does seem reasonable for the price. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
We have been on a Saga cruise to see the Northern Lights in Norway ( yes, we did see them!) and loved every minute of it. Yes, it's maybe dearer than other companies, but they collect you from your house to take you to Southampton or wherever, and it included stuff that others don't, including providing a padded arctic jacket which was yours to keep. We are considering sailing with them again although we go with other companies as well. However, we do get a lot of cruise brochures from them now, which is a bit of overkill in my opinion. We recognise the envelopes now and usually put them straight into recycling!0

Exactly the same holiday is advertised on page 66 of today's DM. Same time next year, same price.
Bargain.
Early, mid or late April?
What was the weather like?0 -
It sounds excellent value to me.0

Apart from the mountains of fan mail I get from them, my only direct experience of Saga is them refusing me motor insurance cover because my wife is/was "too young"
The vicar seemed happy enough at our wedding ceremony.0 -
Sounds great Pete, but I never had you down as a Saga man as I know you love your DIY. I've seriously been considering doing something like that as Mr Duke dreads the long haul, although I'm still ready & raring to go.0

Had a month DIY all of February in Thailand and Vietnam, and got a couple of weeks of it in Bosnia & Herzegovina at the end of September to look forward to.
The Saga holiday looked too good to miss, and we weren't disappointed. Got another one booked in November, 3 weeks AI at The Kaktus Hotel in Albir [Costa Blanca].
Our children are paying for it all.....SKI:)0 -
Don't blame you Pete0
