Sorry I've been away with health issues for me to post.
I did pay through the phone and paid part of it this month.
Sometimes the 2 numbers provided by the EE store don't allow you to get through to the customer service team so here's another number for anyone having trouble:

If you call the customers service team and just explain you want to pay your final bill and tell them the amount, They would be able to do it over the phone. You can ring up any time you wish to pay any amount.
I'm paying mine in smaller instalments
