so tell the BPA the above information too, to prove that INDIGO have breached the BPA CoP by getting a DCA involved at appeal stage

we should not have to tell you all this , its obvious what should be done and why

Thank you all for the help and advice. I have contacted the BPA and the DVLA with all the relevant information. I had to use web forms for both but I do have a reference number with the DVLA. I asked for the BPA to get back in touch via email so I could attach relevant documents. Such as scans of the letters received and screenshots of the Indigo appeal system

    Why?

The BPA email is all over this forum, including in the NEWBIES FAQS. They reply to the usual email addy for the aos team.

You didn't even need to do anything, you could have just waited for the rejection letter & POPLA code and ignored ZZPS, it's only a letter. But it is good to complain!

Re your POPLA appeal stage when you get a code, look at the Lewes station case, the appeal points to use v Indigo have been chewed over umpteen dozen times on threads and that's the most recent one. Find it by searching this board for 'Lewes'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
